I felt like I struck gold with this hotel! The rooms were not only very comfortable but also had a stunning view of the bay that was enchanting in the mornings. However, being right next to the road meant the traffic noise could be quite loud at times, and it didn't feel very private. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, plus they were really big with new furniture and a nice view.

My stay at Neptune & Annette was truly amazing. The rooms were lovely, large, and clean, offering a view of Kotor and the mountain range. This hotel was an absolute dream come true, located just 3 meters from the beachfront with breathtaking views of Kotor. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and offered a spacious layout with a stunning sea view. The service was exceptional, and the dining experience filled us up for the entire day. However, the traditional shabu-shabu was not to my taste, and the price was slightly on the higher side. Overall, a luxurious stay with great value for money.
